I took Friday off work to spend some time with my sister and family while they are in town. I was super excited when my older nieces and nephew showed up to hang out too! We had a good time walking around, and then had some lunch at our house.
Attempting a candid shot, but they caught me
Too bright for a photo, Aunt Holly!
Silly Uncle Ed...
Poor Gilly... all she wanted was to see a meerkat, and the exhibit was closed!
Come with me, I know where the cool stuff is

Love his little hands by his face
Strolling with two of her favorite guys
Maggie went to get her third set of shoes for her braces this week. They order them oversized so that she doesn't grow out of them before our insurance covers the next pair (these are easily her most expensive pair of shoes ever - Manolo's have nothing on these!).
Third set of brace-shoes... they are gigantic!
I put some shoes on, can we go outside now?
We celebrated 7-11 with slurpees!
Getting scolded for her "wall art"... thank goodness for Magic Erasers
Jamie and Maggie visited his old day camp this week to play with the kids and toys. Maggie was in heaven!
Helping wash Uncle Jason's turtle
One of Maggie's favorite things to do is spin around in circles and get really dizzy:
She is also deeply attached to Elmo, or "Melmo" as she refers to him. Maggie also likes to have dance parties. Here we are on a walk with our wireless speaker in her car:
What a great week of celebrations for family and country!
The biggest news this week was the birth of little William James Odglen! He is a very healthy little baby, and I just loved holding him today!
Baby Will!
Momma with her baby boy!
My sweet new nephew
Proud Uncle Jamie
Wednesday was Grandpa's birthday, so Maggie and Jamie went over in the afternoon for some pool fun, and then I joined after work for dinner and festivities. Maggie was very upset about the pool for quite a while... Jamie decided to let her sit on the edge and kick her feet, and after that, she was ready for swim time! She had a blast, and kept saying "bye bye" to get the boys to go underwater.
I'm not so sure about this, Grandpa
Hear ye, hear ye, it is my Grandpa's birthday today!
This is waaaay better than bath time!
Uncle Justin came home for a couple days, yay!
Being handful for the birthday boy
Working on future figure skating lifts?

On Friday, we went to my parents' house for a barbecue. Jody, Ed and Alex were there too!

Trying to get a nice photo, but Maggie had other ideas
Grammer snuggles
Maggie and Luke made a game out of hugging:
We finally decided to take away the pacifiers for good this week. Maggie only uses them when sleeping, but she's very dependent on them to fall asleep. She always had one in the mouth and one in each hand (so weird). We started on Wednesday, and she would scream for a while and eventually fall asleep exhausted. After a couple days, she seems totally fine without them - very proud of our little girl!
Here's a couple other random photos from the week:
Getting ready to leave the house
The service here is terrible!
Maggie really wanted to ride the train at K-Mart with Grandma
...'til she turned it on, then Maggie was terrified!
