Biker Babes!

This week we have been working on teaching Evie to ride her bike.  I was shocked at how quickly she picked up on how to pedal – not an easy skill in my opinion!

First time on the bike

Maggie hasn’t touched her bike since late last summer when she fell off and skinned her knee.  She was terrified to try again.  We finally coaxed her into it, and she overcame her fear!  So proud of both our girls!

Out of my way please

Evie had her 3-year doctor checkup this week, and the poor thing was absolutely petrified.  She often cries or whines as a way to get attention, but this was for-real fear.  The poor thing kept breaking down and sobbing!  We made it though, thankfully no more than a finger-poke of pain!  She is in awesome shape, right on track for growth and development!  She is 34 pounds and 39 inches, catching up to Maggie!

What sort of mother documents her child's strife, you monster!
