Father's Day 2020

Happy Father's Day to my wonderful guy and also our dads!

Best dad

My mom took all five big kids for a sleepover on Friday, and then we had a lunch on Saturday to celebrate the dads.

Luke put together a play to demonstrate the awesomeness of dads... cracked us up!

Ben adores Luke, he loved their lunch date

Sleepover is over - so it's time to sleep

Jamie has been working on a growth-chart mural in my parents' basement, and the kids got to help a little bit with some handprints (and a footprint for Ben).

"Helping" Daddy

Finished!

On Sunday we tried to spoil Daddy, which was easy because he really just wanted to sleep in, play video games and eat good takeout!

Jamie got another child for Father's Day

Later in the day we did swimming and dinner at the Donoghues!  We're trying to soak up as much time as we can right now; once the kids start going to camp, we'll be distancing again as a precaution.

We had the Perry's over last week so Evie could have a playdate with Brooklyn.  There was lots of dress up, and Evie was thrilled to have her friend there.  Maggie was the mature older kid but was really sweet helping with the young boys.

We have a tiny yard, so we got a super small pool for Ben to play it... turns out all three kids love it!

Hoses are fascinating

Jamie was able to get reservations for a couple days at the zoo.  He's basically super dad, taking all 3 kids all over the zoo while I work.

Ben kept finding the honey container and walking around
the house like this hoping to get some sweetness.... had to hide it.
